We are a local, independent villa rental company formed by a team of professionals (Diploma and Degree) in addition to our ability to manage we also bring the most important personal characteristics: responsibility, friendliness and transparency. We offer our clients personalized attention not only when booking a property but also during their stay because we know how important their holiday is to our clients. We know the area, having been born and having lived here for many years, we have a family tradition in the rental of properties. Our office is located in a central corner of Pollensa where we can also assist our clients they need anything during their stay. We’re always open to suggestions from our customers because we strive to grow and understand that our long term best business practice is customer satisfaction.

Villa Can Pau is set in the Serra North de la Tramuntana. On the ground floor it has airy open plan kitchen , fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Here you will also find the living and dining areas, there is a large dining table with seating for six people, an ideal area for a family meal. The living area has comfortable seating and features a wood burning fireplace, TV, CD player and DVD player. There is a bathroom on this floor too. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a further full bathroom with large shower. There is a spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and two ample sized twin rooms also featuring fitted wardrobes. The bedrooms have AC. Outside are two dining tables with chairs and a traditionally built BBQ area perfect for "al fresco" dining. In this area there is a shower room too. The pretty terrace leads to the swimming pool area with roman steps, from here you can relax on one of the sun beds whilst taking in the wonderful views of the Mallorcan

Villa Can Pau offers spectacular panoramic views towards the valley and the mountains Pollensa. The view towards the mountains and the surrounding scenery is breathtaking.
