The finca Can Xisco is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village Artà and only a few kilometres away from the east coast. It encompasses a rustic house that combines Mallorcan style with modern comfort, as well as 8,000 m² of land. The finca offers 180 m² of living space, a comfortable living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, an adjoining dining area, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms. It can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Outside, you will find a seating area under a gazebo as well as a covered patio, which is adjacent to the natural stone facade of the accommodation. There you will find a lounge area with comfortable furniture and a dining area for 8 people. For those who long for fine, sandy beaches and a crystal, clear sea, there are the beautiful bays of the eastern coast, such as Cala Ratjada, which are 10-13 km away from the property.
