Cosy townhouse in Muro Beautiful and well-maintained house in the centre of Muro. If you are looking for accommodation to spend a pleasant holiday with your family and friends, you will find the comfort and charm you are looking for in Capavila. Capacity for 5 people. The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes during your holiday and a bathroom with shower. From the kitchen you can access the spacious breakfast terrace. On the first floor there are the bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds, and two bathrooms with bathtub. Outside you can spend pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink in good company. On the large outdoor barbecue you can prepare delicious meals for a cosy barbecue evening. You can cool off in the 6x3 metre pool, which has sun loungers ready for you. The house is fully air-conditioned. There is also a garage with space for 2 cars, which can be used. IMPORTANT: - Optional central heating Fifteen euros X day - Electric cars plugged into the mains one hundred euros per week. - Parties are not allowed. - To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house. - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

The important community of Muro is located at the north of Mallorca and is divided in two areas, Muro Village and Playa de Muro. You are about 10 minutes drive from village to the beach. Muro is bordered to the southeast by Santa Margarita Village, in the south of Maria de la Salut village, in the southwest of Llubí village, in the west of Sa Pobla village, in the north of Alcudia and on the northeast by the Mediterranean Sea. It has an area of 55.4 km² and 7000 residents. The small hill on which the village of Muro is located, is habited since prehistoric times. This hill made the village as early as the Roman period as a good surveillance point of the sea. This village has the S'Albufera de Muro, which is now a natural park. A large part of the beach has been preserved in a natural state which is very reach in birds and all kind of ecological and biological activity. Playa de Muro: sports facilities, bus stops, the Muro Hospital, shops and restaurants.
