Our main interest is that the tenants enjoy their stay in the house and in the area.

Property information

The Capistrano1 establishment with capacity for 4 people is located in the well known Urb San Juan de Capistrano, north of Nerja, very close to the Natural Park of Sierra-Almijara, with a very Andalusian feel, as it was designed as a typical white Mediterranean village. The gardens are very green with a relaxed atmosphere. The Urb. has a communal swimming pool for adults and children and around the pool there are eating areas in the restaurants. There are also supermarkets and local shops. The house has 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans, the master bedroom with TV and access to the terrace, the second bedroom with 2 beds, living room with TV and air conditioning, well equipped kitchen, large terrace equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy the sea views and romantic sunsets, private garden, bathroom with bathtub and a tea or shade area at the back of the house overlooking the communal gardens. The accommodation offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool for adults and children from March to November, free Wi-Fi, smoke-free rooms, towels and bed linen are provided. Cleaning service can also be arranged. Smoking is not allowed inside the house and pets are not allowed.
