Property information

It measures about 120 m², is cosy and fully equipped, overlooking the inner courtyard and the swimming pool. Ideal for cyclists. It has a ground floor with an interior courtyard and a first floor with three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a large living-dining room with fireplace and toilet. The kitchen is independent and has an induction cooker and is equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has a private garden patio of about 50 m² with swimming pool, which allows total privacy, garden furniture and barbecue. The property has internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heating with heat pump and electric radiators, 2 Smart TVs, hairdryer, etc. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. - Electricity included (3 kw/day and person) - A refundable deposit is charged. - Parties are not allowed. - To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
