This lovely 1 bed grand floor apartment (50m2) is situated in the popular La Calma complex in the residential area Playa Flamenca. La Calma is an attractive, well maintained complex with 4 swimming pools with landscape gardens and within a secure gated community. The apartment is furnished with an open plan living & dining room with a sofa bed. The apartment has been redecorated over the Xmas of 2024/25 adding a brand new fitted kitchen.The apartment is modernised to a high standard including new furniture, air conditioning (with heating for winter). The apartment’s private big terrace has a view of the garden and pools. All guests have access to 4 swimming pools and sun loungers and terrace furniture. There are 2 entries to the south facing terrace, from the bedroom and living room. All linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided at no extra cost.
Hi there, we sometimes stay in our beautiful apartment Casa Bonnie and always have a quiet relaxing stay. The private ground floor is south facing and we therefore receive many hours of sunshine each day. There is however a large awning if you prefer the shade. We hope you enjoy your vacation enjoying both the apartment and its access to 4 swimmimg pools and beautifully kept gardens. We find it very convenient to park our car right outside the apartments front door within the securely gated complex.
Lidl supermarket in 2 mins away as well as a large number of restaurant & bars Petrol station 2 mins away Beach 1 of 4 - 10 Minutes walk 5 mins by car Pharmacy 1km La Zenia Boulevard 2km away Go karting, Crazy golf, Scooters to hire less than 100 meters away
