Property information

Magnificent villa / detached house with garden and porch with terrace to enjoy day and evening outdoors. Located in the exclusive urbanization of La Paz, just below the famous Botanical Garden of Puerto de la Cruz, the house has 2 bedrooms with double bed, spacious living room with dining area, fireplace and a huge window overlooking the garden and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. In the backyard there is a huge modern Jacuzzi for up to 4 people. The house also has private parking space.

Neighbourhood information

We are located in a quiet urbanisation, in the residential area of La Paz, just a few steps from the Botanical Garden. There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, as well as supermarkets and a bus/taxi stop just 1 minute away, with a direct link to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. The beaches of Martiánez and Bollullo are within easy reach of an idyllic walk along the coast.
