Eva, from Jerez and settled in Seville since 2004, offers beautiful accommodations in ‘Casas con Encanto’ offering her guests in an outstanding and personal way, the opportunity to get to know the beautiful Seville and other destinations in Andalusia, becoming the best cicerona. Hence the name ‘Eva Recommends’. We are a great team who put soul and passion into our work. We are obliged by law to provide the personal details of all guests who are staying with us to the relevant government authorities. This information is contained in your passport or national identity card. You must provide the Advance Information via a secure network at least 24 hours before the day of arrival. We request a security deposit to protect us from any damage or accident which allows us to have a guarantee that we are covered, the pre-authorisation will be processed through a secure network at least 24h before the day of arrival. Failure to return keys or loss of keys will incur a charge which will be deducted from the security deposit. Rules: It is not allowed to accommodate people not registered in the reservation. No parties, disturbing guests or neighbours, loud music. We have systems to control the decibel level. Failure to comply with the rules will result in an extra charge of 50% of the full amount of the stay as a penalty, or immediate expulsion from the accommodation. 🐾We are Pet Friendly - on request. Authentic 19th century Sevillian house in the historic centre, well renovated in two beautiful, independent holiday homes where some original elements have been preserved, with a nice terrace on the top floor divided into two private terraces, one for each house. Only 15 minutes walking distance to the main monuments of the city, Cathedral, Real Alcázar, the Giralda etc. We are very well located, ideal to enjoy the deepest Seville. Each flat has two large bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, independent kitchen and is well equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We offer airport transfers, Flamenco guitar lessons, Spanish classes and gastronomic tours among many other activities, just ask us and we will arrange it for you. We are located in the Encarnación neighbourhood, very close to palaces, museums, important monuments, streets with lots of history, supermarkets, local bars and restaurants, close to the mythical Alameda de Hércules, a modern and alternative place full of terraces. The street life is noticeable and is part of our culture, the area is very local with a very personal atmosphere. Very close to the famous Setas, an all-wooden structure inspired by the vaults of the Cathedral and the thousand-year-old ficus trees that you will find some of them walking around the centre. It has a viewpoint with pleasant views. In addition, the most important monuments of Seville are just a few steps away. We recommend the local bars and our tapas. Having breakfast in the street is part of our culture and chatting with people in the markets of Feria street, or Encarnación street.
