ABOUT US If you are reading this, it’s probably because you are an ardent lover of Jávea and the Costa Blanca. Or that you are simply curious about us and what we do, so allow us to introduce ourselves…. Jávea Holidays began life in 2001 when two friends, who had recently relocated to the Costa Blanca from the UK, decided (over a chilled bottle of local vino blanco) that Jávea and its surroundings were simply too beautiful to be kept to themselves. As it turns out, that casual clinking of glasses was the start of something pretty special. JÁVEA HOLIDAYS TODAY We’ve evolved, gained new owners and lots of hands-on experience since then. From humble beginnings, managing bookings via telephone enquiries, we’ve developed a user-friendly website, optimized for both mobile and tablet. Our search filters allow our customers to quickly find exactly what they’re after, and we’ve become dab hands at promoting our homes on social media sites #welovewhatwedo! Our emphasis is still on sourcing one-of-a-kind holiday homes. Places that our guests will love so much that they want to come back time and time again. We now offer apartments with breath-taking sea views, beachy duplexes, family-friendly villas, as well as gorgeous off-the-beaten track fincas and cosy winter rentals. Just like our guests, our hand-picked properties are unique, quite often glamorous, and sometimes even a little quirky…. and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

The well-equipped kitchen and separate utility room (with washer and dryer) keep things practical. Sleeping up to nine, Casa Iris has three double bedrooms and a single on the main floor. Two open straight onto the pool terrace, perfect for a morning dip. A shared walk-in wardrobe keeps things clutter-free. Two sleek shower rooms (one with a corner bath) and a separate toilet complete the space. Downstairs, two more doubles with built-in wardrobes share a bathroom and a relaxed lounge with a smart TV. A compact kitchenette with an under-counter fridge and capsule coffee machine adds extra convenience. No air con? No worries—each room has high-efficiency ceiling fans, and mosquito-netted windows let the sea breeze drift through. Outdoor living is at its best here. Fire up the mobile gas BBQ in the naya or dine alfresco in the lower garden, beautifully lit for long, starlit evenings.
