The property is a great spacious house for families and friends with outdoor cooking area and large terrace around the property offering panoramic views to the ocean and over Arguineguin.The master bedroom has a private terrace also with the best views to the ocean. The heated jacuzzi and sun bathing area even has its own awning so you can relax for many hours while enjoying the ocean views , the house enjoys the sun rise as well as amazing sunsets

Neighbourhood information

Arguineguin is a popular location for residents and tourists alike with great natural beaches and a wonderful promenade to enjoy, the town has some lovely tapas bars shops and restaurants and there's loads to discover in the tiny walkways and side streets.
