Cats are living in the garden
We are only partly in Cala Mesquida and live in Mainz-Kostheim, Germany. Once we or our family members are at the premises, we live in an apartment at the back of the house. It is completely separated from the rental house. Terrace and pool are of exclusive use for the guests/rentals.
In the past, my mother has taken care of the cats living in the village. We keep feeding them. For that reason there a still some cats living in the garden of the house. Please do not feed them.
The key handover and instruction is taken care of by our caretaker.
Please refrain from smoking in the house. Outside it is of cause no problem and ash trays are also available.
Longterm rentals are possible from November until end of March with a minimum of 30 days per rental
