The outlook encompasses a view over the town right out to the sea and it was most relaxing to sit on the private patio watching the sun go down over a glass of the local Malvasia wine or a cold beer. A major strength of the location is the accessibility it provides to the middle of the island and the south. Los Llanos is certainly worth a visit as is El Paso, where there is a Hypermarket which stays open from early \'til late. There is a super small supermarket in Todoque which sells mouth-watering breads and croissants (some are glazed and seeded). You need to be there before nine am though! The Alta Mira restaurant, 5 minutes by foot, has a good local reputation. Finally, if volcanic black beaches are your thing then Todoque also puts you within easy distance of Puerto Naos. there is a busstop at 5 min walking but we recomend having your own rental car to explore la Palma to the fullest, let us know if you need one, we can help you get a good deal at a local rental place with delivery service at the airport
