Jávea Holidays began life in 2001 when two friends, who had recently relocated to the Costa Blanca from the UK, decided (over a chilled bottle of local vino blanco) that Jávea and its surroundings were simply too beautiful to be kept to themselves. As it turns out, that casual clinking of glasses was the start of something pretty special. JÁVEA HOLIDAYS TODAY We’ve evolved, gained new owners and lots of hands-on experience since then. From humble beginnings, managing bookings via telephone enquiries, we’ve developed a user-friendly website, optimized for both mobile and tablet. Our search filters allow our customers to quickly find exactly what they’re after, and we’ve become dab hands at promoting our homes on social media sites #welovewhatwedo! Our emphasis is still on sourcing one-of-a-kind holiday homes. Places that our guests will love so much that they want to come back time and time again. We now offer apartments with breath-taking sea views, beachy duplexes, family-friendly villas, as well as gorgeous off-the-beaten track fincas and cosy winter rentals. Just like our guests, our hand-picked properties are unique, quite often glamorous, and sometimes even a little quirky.

Casa Maya is a charming, two bedroom townhouse with private garden and covered terrace. Decorated throughout with care, and augmented by some lovely signature pieces of furniture and artwork, the property is perfect for Summer and Winter holidays, with air-conditioning/heater units in the bedrooms and a working fire place in the lounge. Within a 10 minute walk to the Arenal beach along quiet flat pavements, and a 5 minute stroll to the rocky coves of Cala Blanca and the Montañar II seafront, the location couldn't be better. Guests of Casa Maya will also have access to one of the best swimming pool complex´s in Jávea, complete with waterslides, kids pool and a seasonal lifeguard. Alongside the swimming pool area is a small games room and café that is also open during the summer months. Less than 50 meters from the complex is the bus stop with a half hourly service that connects you to everything Jávea has to offer. JH Loves - The pretty outdoor seating area and cosiness of the interior spaces.. Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund. 2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes.
