With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone. The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and are not far away from the property (about 5min by walk). The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the property (200m). There is a possibility to play tennis, table tennis or golf after reservations. The property is ideal for both golfers and those on less energetic holidays. It also makes a great base for a family holiday.The nearest airport is Region de Murcia International Airport, 16 km from the accommodation. A recently full renovated villa nearby Roldán,Villa Mia has 2 bed 2 bath. Villa is situated in La Torre Golf Resort which comes fully equipped with garden furniture, terrace, internet (Wi-Fi), central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, access to communal swimming pool, private parking spot before villa. Kitchen is full equipped with refrigerator, freezer microwave, oven, , dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided. In villa is washing maschine and clothes drier. The property is non-smoking and has a two beatiful terraces to enyoing charming view at golf courses with palms. A damage deposit of 400 EUR required before arrival. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property (max 7 days after your checking out).
