The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. Beach/pool towels are provided. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Air conditioning is not available. There is an alarm with security cameras in the living room. It is deactivated during the guests' stay. Parties are forbidden.
