TOURIST REGISTRY VFT / GR / 00045. The house is in a quiet Gated Private Urbanization with pool and community parking, 10 minutes walk to the beach and the center of Almuñecar. For 6 people and a baby. It has a cot and high chair. The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms (1 en suite), 3 bathrooms, kitchen open to the dining room, large living room with two sofas, internet area for laptop, and flat screen satellite TV. Air conditioning and wifi in all rooms. Quality furniture. Safe. Large terrace of 200m. With barbecue, covered porch with terrace furniture, hammocks for sunbathing. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of utensils, (coffee maker, kettle, toaster). Two-door fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. SPECIAL PRICES LOW SEASON FOR LONG STAYS (1 MONTH). The pool is surrounded by grass, with showers and toilets. The pool is open from June to September. The closed garage is available to the property. Pellet fuel from the fireplace, on long stays, will be paid by the guests.
I am from Madrid but I have lived in Almuñecar for many years, I fell in love with this wonderful city. I personally take care of receiving my guests and cleaning with an ozone generator, for everyone's safety.
Private urbanization of semi-detached houses, with green areas, community pool and parking, a small soccer field for the little ones, in a quiet area near the city, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach, 3 minutes by car or 10 minutes walking. The environment is all vegetation. There are no blocks of houses, only chalets. Mountain views. Next to the Urbanization there are paddle tennis, tennis and playground.
