Property information

A charming house located a few meters from the Romanesque bridge and main street of Esterri d'Àneu. Ideal for families, couples, friends or adventurers. The house is newly built, taking advantage of the stone from the stable that was there before to make the facade, and is distributed over 3 floors. On the first floor there is a double room (two single beds) and a complete bathroom with shower. On the second floor is the living room and kitchen, with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa. Finally, the third floor consists of a double room with sloping ceilings with a comfortable tatami and a 1.50 mattress and a full bathroom with shower. The house has 2 heating systems using aerothermal energy and pellets. It also has a fireplace in the living-dining room.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in a spectacular area, in the Aigüestortes National Park and the Alt Pirineu Natural Park, and, being in the center of town, access on foot to all services. It offers snow, adventure and river sports, fishing, mushrooms, hiking, flora and fauna observation or simply enjoying the silence of the river and the mountains and incredible landscapes.
