The 3 bedroom private bungalow has fantastic views of the pool and countryside. The bungalow has a private terrace. The pool is fully fenced with lockable gates for safety. There is a shared parking area and courtyard. There is a 3 story 300 year old Bodega in the same grounds, behind the bungalow. The hosts live on the ground floor of the 3-story building. The middle and top floors have extra bedrooms for larger families or friends. Please ask for costing for extra bedrooms. The middle and top floor of the 300 year old Bodega has been converted to an apartment on each floor for 6 people in each. The 300 year old Bodega will, in the future, provide a bar and seating area in the wine cellar for guests to use and chill out from the hot baking sun. This has one of the largest old wine cellars around. My husband and I also live on site on the ground floor of the 300 year old bodega in the far corner, with no view of the pool or your private terrace area. We are very friendly, but we also appreciate your privacy and will leave you in peace to enjoy your holiday. We are only very happy to offer any help or assistance if needed.

We love living in the countryside and watching what nature has to offer around our location, the array of birds is amazing. We have been married 35 years and have 3 children. We love antiques, restoring furniture and restoring the 300 year old Bodega. The only unfortunate decision was to leave our family behind in England and move to Spain to enjoy what Spain and the lovely Spanish people have to offer. Beautiful quiet location. Very private, with one of the largest swimming pools in the area. We are surrounded by the countryside, which is full of fruit tree fields. Only 10 minutes drive from the town of Cehegín, and close to Calasparra, Valentin, and Caravaca del la Cruz and Lake Argos.
