Spacious, comfortable and elegant home, ideal for families due to its privacy and large spaces. It is in a very quiet area just steps from the center of Bellver and all services. In a natural environment. -GROUND FLOOR: 1 room with 2 sofas/double bed and private bathroom. Living room with fireplace, TV, dining area and pool table. Full kitchen with dining area. 1 bathroom. - 1st FLOOR: 1 quadruple room for children and 2 double suites with full bathroom. - 2nd FLOOR: Master double suite with dressing room and bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. Garden with barbecue. Additional living or game room. Wifi. Private parking: 4 cars

Neighbourhood information

Very quiet area on the outskirts of Bellver but close to all services. You can walk to the center for a pleasant walk and also to neighboring towns such as Talló, Riu... It is a newly built area in a natural environment and surrounded by spectacular landscapes and excursions (Valle de l'Ingla, Camí dels Bons Homes ...). Panoramic views of the mountains. Street with little traffic
