The apartment measures 80 m2 and is designed to provide a comfortable stay for up to 4 people. It features two bright bedrooms with 160x200 cm beds, all with bed linen and ample closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, washing machine, dishwasher, and all the necessary tableware and kitchenware. It also has a full bathroom with a shower, well-equipped with towels and toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo. The living room is very spacious, decorated in a warm and inviting style, ideal for relaxing. Another unique space is its private patio, ideal for sharing al fresco dinners, small get-togethers with friends, or simply disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi and heating.
The house is a ground floor with a private patio and can be accessed from either San Celedonio Street or San Sebastián Street. We will send you all the information on how to access both before your arrival.
To reach the accommodation building from San Celedonio Street, you must climb three flights of stairs, approximately 50 steps in total. Once you enter the building, there are no stairs, as is the ground floor apartment with a patio.
Although the climb is part of the charm of the place, as Santander is a city with many hills/stairs, it is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility. We assure you that the effort is worth it!
Also, for your convenience, Public Parking is 4 minutes walk. Price aprox : 13 eur/ day.

With a prime location, you'll be no more than a 10-minute walk from Paseo Pereda and the Centro Botín (art and exhibition center). Plus, just a few minutes' walk from traditional Santander restaurants like La Bodega del Riojano and markets like Mercado del Este, where you can sample fresh, local produce. The popular shopping area of Calle Juan de Herrera is also just steps away, featuring major brands and fashion and household goods stores.
