Casita Vida is in a quiet location overlooking the valley. The comfortable and well equipped apartment is ideally suited to couples wanting to be near enough to Moraira town to be able to access all the wonderful beaches, shops, restaurants and bars available just 8 minutes away and far enough away from the hub bub to relax at the huge pool with amazing valley views or on the apartment terrace with a glass of wine. The bedroom at Casita Vida is equipped with a memory foam mattress and ample storage for clothes. The kitchen has a cooker, hob, microwave and fridge and is well equipped with anything you might need. There is a dining room with table and chairs, The living room has a flat screen TV tuned into UK TV and blue tooth with DVD and speakers. The Wi-Fi is 5G and very fast. Outside there is a terrace large enough for a table and chairs and patio chair and table. The shared pool is just a short stroll away and is large with tables, chairs and sunbeds. It also has access to toilet and a table tennis table. The view of the valley here is absolutely wonderful.

We are a newly retired couple who use the apartment as out own home from home when in Spain. We have lived in the area for 5 years and absolutely love it here. We enjoy the beautiful coastline, shops and restaurants in Moraira and often cycle in the Jalon Valley just 15 minutes away or hike the mountain footpaths all within 30 minute drive.

The coastline here in Moraira and nearby resorts of El Portet, Javea, Denia and Calpe have several blue flag beaches and crystal clear waters most of the year round. The beaches in Moraira are sandy and clean and if you enjoy snorkelling or diving there are plenty of opportunities here. Watersports are plentiful such as kayaking, canoeing and body boarding. Moraira town has an abundance of fantastic bars and restaurants without the flurry of fast food franchises. There are festivals throughout the year if you wish to see local culture and a theatre in nearby Teulada or Altea. If you are looking to get your heart rate up there are many many cycle routes to enjoy and hikes that will take your breath away within a 30 minute drive.
