Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parents' or legal guardians' passports. The property can provide a template of the authorisation form upon request.

Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 17:30.

Rental cots are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 30 per stay. If you require a cot, you must notify the property before your arrival.

Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

ゲストは賃貸借契約書を受け取り、到着前に署名したうえで宿泊施設に提出する必要があります。契約書が規定の時間内にゲストの手元に届かなかった場合、ゲストは予約確認書に記載されている電話番号にて宿泊施設管理会社までお問い合わせいただく必要があります。

到着時に、€ 250の損害補償用デポジットの支払いが必要となります。 クレジットカードでお支払いください。 デポジットは、チェックアウト後14日以内に返金されます。 デポジットは宿泊施設の点検後、問題がなければクレジットカードに全額返金されます。
