I, Pauline, a 60 something scot, having holidayed in El Medano during 14 years, moved permanently in 1998 to live the peaceful life in the sun, am happy and proud to be able to offer truly pretty , clean and comfortable holiday homes to others.

Property information

With my mum, while walking one night in 1989, we fell upon a few houses scattered around near the beach at Pelada. One looked empty, so, being nosey by nature (it's a female thing), we looked through the windows when someone came up behind us asking if we were interested in buying. When we were allowed into the property both my mum and I fell instantly in love with it. In 2025 Las Rosas underwent an extensive renovation

Neighbourhood information

Pelada is a quiet residential area on the coast in EL Medano. A 3 minute walk from Las Rosas there is a sandy beach, at the base of Montaña Pelada. There is a mini market just 5 minutes walk from the villa which is open from 9am till 9pm 7 days a week, as well a a couple of nice restaurants. The village is about 1.5KM from Las Rosas with it's vibrant main square with a childrens play ground, lots of restaurants and cafes with terraces, the main beach and a good choice of small shops and super markets. There is an hourly public bus service from Pelada to the village where there are connecting buses to most of the island.
