Hi, I'm Teresa! Conil is my second home, I have known it since I was a child, I have always come here both in summer and winter, so I wanted to share this amazing apartment with everyone. I am a person who loves to travel with the family, both for leisure and for work. I like to offer a good service, that people are delighted with the experience and that they enjoy in the house, the neighborhood and the town of Conil, where I have spent every summer and I have also spent many seasons in winter. The apartment has a wonderful terrace overlooking the beach of Los Bateles, with a table and four chairs, ideal for breakfast or a glass of wine overlooking the sea. It has two large bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. In the living room there are two sofas and an armchair, as well as a dining area. It is ideal for a group of maximum 4 people or a family with children. In addition, it is equipped with all comforts, Wi-Fi, air conditioning hot/cold, TV, and home appliances: fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, mixer, kettle, hair dryer, iron. There is a storage room with chairs and an umbrella. During the stay you will have access to the entire spaces of the apartment. The house is delivered with the bed linen and bath towels necessary for guests. In the bathroom you will find bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day of your stay. The apartment is in a private urbanization, with a landscaped courtyard, with benches and lighting, where you can have a nice time and children can play. The urbanization has access from two streets (one at the level of the apartment -4 steps- and the two floors up.

The apartment is in the center of Conil, near Guzman's Tower and located less than 5 minutes from Los Bateles beach and the sea promenade, where you can enjoy the best beach in Conil. Walking from the apartment, you will immediately reach the beautiful Cádiz street, Saint Catherine's square and Conil's ancient tuna factory. The iconic Old Village's Arch is 5 minutes away on foot. In the area you can enjoy the typical cuisine of Cádiz, have an ice cream or do your shopping. It is a very lively area, but also with the calm of the proximity to the sea, it has everything you need to enjoy a great stay in Conil. The sea promenade, less than 200 meters away, is one of the best places to enjoy the sea breeze. The central area of ​​the Guzman's Tower (Torre de Guzmán) has many shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues, forming, along with its monuments, a nerve center of Conil's life. It is an area of ​​cheerful pedestrian streets, characterized by its historic whitewashed houses and the bright light of the coast. In a pleasant walk of no more than 5 minutes we reach the highest area of ​​the center of Conil, the surroundings of the Old Village's Arch (Arco de la Villa).
