A modern cozy apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace and a sun terrace with the ocean view, with free Wi-Fi (100mbit optical internet), a parking and swimming pool in the new complex near the La Tejita beach, El Medano.

Neighbourhood information

Las Terrazas II complex is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the south of the Tenerife, a few steps from the main entrance of the largest natural beach in Tenerife - La Tejita beach, over 1 km in length. The complex is completely new. Finished in November 2018. A quiet place to spend time with your family. A nice shopping center where local people prefer to spend evenings drinking a good coffee or mojito is just 3 minutes walk away. Kitesurfing spot is just 2 minutes drive away and you can wash your kites on the sun terrace. La Tejita is a perfect environment for practicing sports: Windsurfing, Kite surfing, Golf, Diving, Horses, Hiking, Cycling, etc. The apartment is very close to the airport but far enough away not to be disturbed by aircraft noise.
