Enjoy the convenience of this cute one bedroom, newly renovated apartment with the spacious balcony, where you can loungers to enjoy gorgeos sunsets for several monts. Well equipped kitchen for light cooking, air condition,free Wifi, TV, oversized patio with dining seating. Our small apartment is ready to welcome you all year round. it's still summer here!
Hello,my name is Janka.I moved here 9 years ago, fell in love with this beautiful place and never left! Holiday in Puerto Rico serve up more hours of sunshine throuthgout the year than anywhere else on Gran Canaria. I can recommend a lot of baeutiful sites, provide a transfer from and to the airport and be avaible any times during your stay, shoud you have any questions.
This special place is close to everything you need. 10-15 minutes from the sandy beach. Shopping,dining,restaurants,bars, grocery stores. Remember that the apartment is located in the center of Puerto Rico and is very loud at night. A beautiful promenade along the ocean will take you to another beach, Amadores with loungers to enjoy gorgeous sunsets
