Duplex of 100m2 on the beachfront with views (Rosal Beach / Meron). Also very close to the Tostadero beach (5 minutes walk) Capacity for 5 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped. Terraces on both floors. It includes a storage room at street level to store beach things or surfboards, and as our tenants are usually respectful we borrow an initiation board and some beach things so you can use them 😉. Includes private parking space. Building with large elevator
We are a family with three small children, we love this place and we also like that other people can enjoy it. Not being the summer months it is inhabited by us, that's why it's a duplex that lacks nothing.
First line of the beach with restaurants, surf schools, supermarket ... with kilometer beaches, protected by belonging to the natural park of Oyambre, in some pets are allowed, the town (San Vicente de la Barquera 20 minutes walk) also very close places of interest such as Comillas, Santillana del Mar, Santander or the peaks of Europa, Asturias (Llanes 20 minutes away ...) ideal place for the practice of water and outdoor sports such as surfing, paddle surfing, hiking, canoeing, golf, horse riding ..
