Spacious and very bright apartment with large window in the living room / kitchen, which allows beautiful views of one of the best areas of Las Palmas de G.C. Close to all services (restaurants, supermarkets, shops, buses, etc.), a few meters from the Maritime Avenue, just 1 km from the Muelle Deportivo and the Playa de las Alcaravaneras (15 minutes walk) and only 3km from the famous Las Canteras beach. Ideal for families or couples who need tranquility without leaving the center.
I love walking, sports, especially walking and traveling to meet other cultures. I consider vacation accommodation as a personalized and different opportunity, where tourists can feel at home. My apartment is located in the center of the city and thanks to its situation and spring weather throughout the year, it offers the visitor the possibility of getting to know Las Palmas de Gran Canaria on foot, as well as visiting the emblematic monuments and different museums without using means automotive. I am proud of my city and will do my best because guests have a cozy stay on this island.
The Muelle Deportivo, just 1 km from the apartment, is located in the center of Avenida Marítima and next to the beach of Las Alcaravaneras. There are many gastronomic places, for the most demanding palates, and the Varadero Maritime Club of Gran Canaria, where you can enjoy a magnificent swimming pool and perform activities such as swimming or aquagym. Two bus stops, or 15 minutes walk, you reach the famous Triana Street and Vegueta, one of the historic neighborhoods of La Palmas de Gran Canaria, full of shops and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are pharmacies, supermarkets, gym, restaurants, buses and promenade to enjoy pleasant walks overlooking the sea.
