The accommodation is on 2 levels connected by internal stairs. The main entrance leads, through a corridor, to a spacious living room SAT+TV+DVD, with sliding doors leading to the covered terrace with views of the coast, pool, garden and terraces. The living room is connected to a dining room also with access to the terrace overlooking the beach of El Portet. Some stairs go down to an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, pantry and guest toilet. The kitchen is very spacious with a breakfast bar and fireplace. It is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher. The washing machine is in a room in the garage. On the ground floor, we find a double bedroom with A/C and access to the covered terrace next to the living room and sea views from its window, a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The internal stairs go up to the upper floor with a double bedroom with A/C and access to a balcony with great views of the sea. Next to it, there is a bathroom with a bathtub. Along the corridor, we find three bedrooms with two single beds each, also with A/C. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony with sea views and all three share a bathroom with a bathtub.
