Consisting of three houses, this emblematic Canarian estate from the 18th century is located in the historic centre, next to a church. The place is completely restored while preserving much of its original characters, ambience, wood features, and vegetation. Upon entering you will find a beautiful Canarian patio full of leafy ferns - which gave the house its name. Ferns 1: PRIVATE OUTDOOR JACUZZI. For two people. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with dining area, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. Ferns 2: PRIVATE ROOFTOP TERRACE. For six people. It features two bedrooms; the master room with a double bed and the attic room with two single beds, a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two people and a dining area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Ferns 3: PRIVATE OUTDOOR JACUZZI. For six people. It features three bedrooms; two main ones with a double bed each, a smaller room with a single bed, a spacious living room with a sofa bed for one person, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and bidet

It is a silent place ideal to disconnect. Since it is located in the historical center next to the church, the house is very well connected and enjoys easy access to the rest of the island. It is 5 minutes drive from the Playa del Socorro beach, 15 minutes from Puerto de La Cruz (Loro Parque, beaches, Lago Martiánez pools), 25 minutes from Los Rodeos Airport (TFN). Within walking distance are café (25m), pharmacy (30m), supermarket (200m), and a playground just on the other side of the church. The nearest hospital 15 minutes away.
