Beautiful townhouse in a recently built urbanization (June 2020), 400 m. from the Fontanilla beach and 1 km from the center of Cónil. Housing in two heights. Low level; Living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (with shower) and terrace-patio overlooking the pool. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom with double bed (1.50 m), en suite bathroom (with large shower), large built-in wardrobe and balcony. Bedroom 2 with two 90 cm beds and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with bunk bed, built-in wardrobe and balcony overlooking the pool. WIFI, air conditioning / heating, parking space (not covered). Garden area, large swimming pool and children's play area.
Residential and very quiet neighborhood, 400 m. from the beach and 1 km from the center of Cónil (20 min. on foot). In 5 minutes you have supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, police.
