Nestled in 7 hectares of field and just 15 minutes away from Palma and the sea coast, Es Barranc Vell is a hidden paradise for those willing to experience the cultural and gastronomic offer of the city but also crave for privacy in a beautiful natural surrounding. The villa combines original and contemporary architectural details and maximises natural light to encourage a feeling of well-being. Veterinarian by profession but currently working on my own high standing rural business. My hobbies include travelling, reading, wine, cooking, organic farming and my beloved animals. I am the only neighbour you will have in 7 hectares as I live 100 meters from the rented house. Both houses are completely independent so privacy is guaranteed! However guests can count with me for anything they need.
Guests can go to Son Ferriol (just 5 minutes away form the villa). This small village has a supermarket, bakeries and a pharmacy. All Saturdays there is a fruit and vegetables market organised at the main square. Other interesting spots nearby: Golf courses: Golf Puntiro Park (3.5 Km) and Golf Son Gual (11 Km) For cyclists: Several cycle routes Palma Center: 8 Km Beaches nearby: 10.5 Km Airport: 14 Km Zoo (Natura Park): 8 Km Son Llatzer Hospital Villages nearby: SOn Ferriol, Santa Eugenia, Portol, Cabaneta. Car rental is highly recommended. Other options: - Taxi (FYI: taxis have a maximum capacity for 4 pax) - Transfer: Best option for groups with more than 4 guests. We recommend this transfer company as they already know the villa: Mallorca Groups.
