CHARMING FINCA, SOLLER, SPLENDID VIEW, ORANGE TREES, ORCHARD, QUIET, RECENT NEW SWIMMING-POOL
We have realized our project by buying this finca in 2017 : We would like that our guests can benefit from our house, and discover our island, as well as the wonderful valley of Soller and the west coast. Bon Profit ! Es Campet is a charming stone finca, nestled in the Valley of the orange trees of Soller, on the island of Mallorca, within the chain of mountains of Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site. This Finca is located in a quiet garden among oranges, and many other fruits trees ... And enjoys a splendid view on the valley and the Tramuntana. Our brand new pool for summer 2020 (4,5 X 9,5 m). 15 minute walk from the central village square, so animated all year round, and a 5 minute drive to the beach, and its typical fishing port. Es Campet is the perfect starting point for exploring the magnificent west coast of the island, and discovering walks and hikes by foot, or by bike to some of the most beautiful villages in the Mediterranean, such as Fornalutx, Deia or the old town of Valldemossa. This spacious Finca is built in the traditional Mallorcan style, which gives it its authenticity, overlooking the valley from all the rooms of the house. Its guests can enjoy a large equipped kitchen, and a living room, with direct access to the terrace and garden. On the 1st floor, a parental bedroom suite and bathroom jacuzzi / shower, as well as 3 other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Another bathroom & WC on the groundfloor.The property benefits from all amenities : Air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms, wifi internet, satellite TV, central heating, wood-burning stove, washing and drying machines, equipment for children / babies, ping pong table...Quiet privacy, while enjoying the bars and restaurants within walking distance ... Guests will have full access to the house and its extensive garden. Although renting a car is advisable, it is not essential. Guests can reach most of the attractions of the valley by foot, bike, or cable car.
