This two bedroom villa allocated in the outskirts of Pollensa near the Puig de Maria is one of the newest properties we offer. It has very beautiful views, since the customer can not only feast his eyes on the stunning presence of the Puig de Maria, but olso over the town of Pollensa. The house has a big lounge and a separate kitchen. The main bedroom has a double bed, and there is a shower room. Moreover, outside there is another shower room. In the laundry room there are a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The villa is a single storey but has another bedroom (with a single convertible to double with a pull-out bed) on an open loft just above the master bedroom. This loft is more suitable for children, due to the height of the roof and there is not air conditioning in this bedroom, only funs. Outside the customer can find a rear shaded terrace and the private swimming pool, with its roman steps. It is a 8m. x 4m. swimming pool, and has a maximum depth of 2 meters. Within a 10-minute walk you find the Plaza Mayor, where the famous Sunday market is held, and all fiestas and activities take place. You will also find numerous local restaurants and bars interspersed with artisan shops and boutiques. A trip to the lovely beaches at Cala San Vicente (4 kms) and Puerto Pollença (6 kms) offers you various beach-based activities including sailing, wind surfing, kayaking, jet skiing, glass bottom boats, and fishing boats.
