After check-in hours: Arrivals after 8:00 PM will incur a €20 surcharge. Check-ins after 1:00 AM are not permitted.

After check-out hours: If not previously authorized, a €30 surcharge will be charged for each additional hour after 11:00 AM.

Check-in hours from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m has an extra costs of 20 euros.

Accommodation occupancy: All guests must be included in the reservation.

Any unregistered guests require prior authorization and are subject to a €30 per night fee.

Child Policy: For safety reasons, guests under 18 years of age are not permitted.

Pets: Pets are allowed only with an additional fee of €60 per day, per pet.

Washing Machine Use: The washing machine may not be used without prior authorization or supervision.

Cleanliness and Hygiene:

Guests are expected to maintain order, including cleaning and storing utensils and dishes.

Basic condiments such as oil, salt or pepper are not provided for hygiene reasons.

Damage to property:

Any damage must be reported immediately.

The charge for stained towels or sheets is €20.

Towels are for indoor use only.

In the event of lost keys, an €80 charge will apply.

Prohibited Activities:

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Failure to comply will result in a €300 deep cleaning fee.

The use of illegal substances or alcohol is prohibited inside the property.

General Conduct:

It is required to maintain order in common areas.

Respect the rest of the neighbors and avoid disturbing noise.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

By confirming the reservation, the guest fully accepts these rules.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
