Welcome to this beautiful flat in the Pueblo Marinero Urbanisation, ideal for 4 guests and located just 5 minutes drive from La Barrosa beach. The urbanisation's facilities include a garden area where you can stroll or relax in the sun next to the shared chlorine swimming pool. It measures 26x13m and has a depth of between 1m and 1.8m. For the little ones there is a children's pool measuring 7m x 7m and a constant depth of 0.70m. There is also an outdoor shower. Once in the house, you will be able to enjoy a furnished porch, perfect to have a drink with your companions. Being located in an urbanization, the house has direct neighbours. The interior has all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. The living-dining room is equipped with Smart TV and for the hottest days there are two fans. The independent kitchen has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably during your holiday. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed with two single beds. There is also a full bathroom with shower. Please note that we do not offer a cot or high chair. The swimming pools are open from 15 June to 15 September from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 to 21:00. The apartment is just 400 meters from the center of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a gem of the Costa de la Luz famous for its gastronomy, manzanilla wineries, beaches like La Calzada and Las Piletas, and access to the Doñana National Park. The pool is available from May 1 to October 30, with hours from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM every day.

The urbanisation is located in the village of Sancti Petri, only 4 minutes from the beach. The beach of Sancti Petri is a natural treasure. With its fine golden sand, calm waters and spectacular views, it offers the perfect environment to enjoy the sun, practice water sports and relax in a paradisiacal atmosphere. The area has the basic services for your stay and you can find a wider offer in Chiclana de la Frontera, which is about 7 km away.
