Situated in Cádiz, the studio apartment Estudio Arena, A Pie De Playa with step-free access and interior is just a short walk from the beach. The 32 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot is also available. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Paking space under request (with a fee). We provide beach chairs and umbrellas. We change sheets and towels for stays longer than a week. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
