Property information

The accommodation ApartRincón Candelaria, Our priority is to maintain strict cleaning and we have incorporated an Ozone disinfection system. It contains a very sunny terrace where you can have breakfast/work and appreciate the sea. Wifi 6 Internet via fiber optics with 1.000 Mb speed. It consists of a living room equipped with Alexa and a 50" television, YouTube, Netflix, Prime, etc, Two large bedrooms, one with a 150 centimetre double bed and the other with two single beds of 90 centimeters each. With the possibility of a sofa bed in the living room. It has a full bathroom with a very large shower tray. The new kitchen (2024) with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, variety of coffee makers, etc. It is fully equipped. It has a private parking space No. 16 in a Free Covered Garage for our Guests. Ideal apartment for work, couples and families. Crossing the Avenue you have the Promenade and the Beach where you will find Beach Bars, Bars, Restaurants, Ice Cream Parlors and Businesses.
