Property information

The peace that abounds in this rural enclave will not leave you indifferent. Finca Los Quevedo is surrounded by nature and has a magnificent private pool (12X5m) with views over the imposing Roque Aguayro, solarium and large recreational areas, with a ping-pong table and basketball basket pole, which will make your vacation on the island very special. The main house features a large kitchen, big terrace with covered dining area, spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, air conditioning in all rooms and 2 full bathrooms. In addition, there is a wide outdoors area where you can enjoy a barbecue and a utilities room where you will find the washing machine and cleaning goods. The kitchen in Finca Quevedo is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and plenty of kitchen utensils. You wil have at your disposal a huge Smart TV in the living room, with access to Netflix and international channels. This living room hall is over 200 years old and back in the day it was the village school for 50 years, where the owner of the farm himself studied too. The heating of the pool supposes an extra cost during your stay.
