En haven of peace and serenity...with peacocks!!!. FLAT Surrounded by nature, with pool, and beach nearby Apartment is located in the north of the island, in front of its only golf course. It is a very quiet urbanization, surrounded by nature, with a beautiful pool overlooking the countryside and a short distance from the beach (Arenal de Son Saura), which is 5 minutes by car and about 15 minutes on foot.
It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub and the other, ensuite, with a shower), a living room with a smart TV and a DVD player, a small but fully equipped kitchen (large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, Nesspreso and Senseo coffee machines, kitchenware, etc). There are ceiling fans in all three bedrooms and in the living room. Mosquito nets on all the windows and on the access door to the terrace. Free high-speed Wi-Fi.
The terrace is very large, with beautiful views of the golf course and the mountains and has a built-in barbecue.
It has its own parking space located just behind the apartment you have to go up or down steps to access it, making it very convenient for people with reduced mobility.
The largest bedroom has a 160cm double bed.
