The property is a non-smoking 2-bedroom apartment in the oceanfront Flipper complex in Maspalomas. It features a pool with a direct view to keep an eye on children, a cozy common space by the pool, a breathtaking view of the ocean, and a small patio on the quiet backside of the complex. It offers free WiFi, a flat smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a washing machine. There are free parking spaces near the complex and several supermarkets nearby. It is only 200m from Pirata Beach, 600m from San Agustin Beach, and 5km to Maspalomas Dunas by the oceanfront promenade.
