A very spacious and cozy apartment located 1 minute walk to the beach. The flat is located on level 1 and there is a lift and there is a ramp that accesses the lift. There are 3 spacious bedrooms ( one room has 2 single beds and the other 2 rooms have double beds), a very specious sitting room, a bathroom and kitchen. The place has 1 petite balcony with partial sea view and a bigger terrace at the back with no view. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob and oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle as well as kitchenware and tableware. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, toilet and bidet. The accommodation sleeps up to 6 people only. There is air conditioning in the sitting room to give you comfort and throughout the accommodation each room has a ceiling fan.
