It is a house with a tourist license that will make you feel at home, not like in a hotel. Depending on availability, we offer rooms in the owner's house. The Double, Deluxe, Superior, and Family rooms have private bathrooms, while two other double rooms with views of the pool share the same bathroom. The Space: We have 3,000 m² of fully enclosed communal land, with a large pool well-equipped with numerous loungers, a wooded area, a barbecue with all basic needs covered, and various areas to relax. Additionally, there is a terrace with a dining table and parasol. We guarantee the security of our guests with high-range surveillance cameras, both day and night. The house is completely independent, spacious, beautiful, bright, and cozy. The interior has five very spacious double bedrooms with locks on the doors, four bathrooms, an office, a dining room, and a kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped, practical, and functional. It has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, two refrigerators, and a large dining area where you can fully enjoy the culinary delights of the region. The house offers multiple areas to relax, have a snack, barbecue, take a dip in the large pool, or simply enjoy a good book in a comfortable hammock in some corner of the house or its extensive grounds. The rooms in the owner's house have the same facilities as the villa, sharing the kitchen, living room, and pool with other guests. Services and Common Areas: The land is a communal area, and the house is completely independent.

IDEAL LOCATION AND EASY ACCESS The AP9 motorway exit (Bergondo) is 2 minutes away, the Tercera Ronda (Betanzos) is 15 minutes, the Vía Ártabra is 10 minutes, and just one minute from the roundabout connecting Betanzos, Ferrol, Sada, and Coruña. NEARBY BEACHES: REGUEIRO BEACH: Very popular for its seafood and low traffic, it has good parking and is 2 minutes by car. PEDRIDO BEACH: Red Bull has organized diving contests here. It's a small, quiet, family-friendly beach; at low tide, you can walk from Regueiro Beach to Pedrido Beach, a lovely walk with great views, and it's 3 minutes by car. Be careful with the tides, as there are strong currents. MIÑO BEACH: Its length is perfect for walks enjoying the sea breeze, it has ample parking along the beach, a bar/restaurant area, and is 5 minutes by car. GANDARIO BEACH: The youthful crowd clearly sets the day's goals, it has limited parking and two bars with a good terrace and great panoramic views, and it's 5 minutes by car. SADA BEACH: Located in the town center, perfect for choosing a good restaurant for lunch or going for tapas and drinks. It has a beautiful promenade with great panoramic views, and binoculars along the way for the curious; the promenade reaches the marina and Sada's fish market. LORBE BEACH AND PORT: They are small but famous for their seafood, even the fish farm, where you have the option for direct sales to the public.
