The 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, heating as well as a washing machine. The holiday apartment also offers a private balcony where you can relax in the evening. A parking space is available on the property. Parties and pets are not allowed. A laundry service for the bed linen is available upon request and for a fee. An elevator is available in the building. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
