Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose based on their preference.
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us with details of your use of the property as terms & pricing may vary. For Pets, there is an additional sanitation fee. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a larger fee.
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation.
Spa facilities: To use the spa, jacuzzi, and sauna, HOLT needs a request in advance from guests to reserve a space in the facilities.
We do not issue invoices to any other entity but the person whose name is on the reservation.

Welcome to HOLT's 2BR, 2BA luxurious flat in Gran Canet Residencial, just a short walk to the beach. Wake up refreshed in our tastefully designed home to sunrise views from one terrace, and wind down on the other terrace with sunset views. The apartment comfortably hosts up to 6 guests with two queen-sized bedrooms and a plush sofa that converts into a double bed. Resort Amenities: Access As a HOLT guest, you can enjoy full access to all of Gran Canet Residencial’s premium amenities for an additional resort fee per stay, charged separately after booking. This fee covers access for your entire group and includes: • Rooftop terrace with an infinity pool and panoramic views (Open year-round: 10:00 AM — 11:00 PM) • Ground floor swimming pool (Open June–August: 10:30 AM — 3:00 PM & 5:00 PM — 9:00 PM) • Fully equipped gym • Two padel courts & a playground for children • Private SPA & wellness center with sauna, whirlpool, and more • Beautiful open-air common areas. The resort fee must be paid prior to check-in in order to activate your access to the facilities. The Living & Dining Area includes: • Two large terraces with sunrise and sunset views • Smart TV with streaming apps and high-speed Wi-Fi • Oversized convertible sofa bed • Dining table for group meals • Bathroom with large LED mirror. The Bedrooms include: • Two Queen-sized beds with high-quality linens • En suite bathroom in the master • Smart TV in the second bedroom. The Kitchen includes: • Full cookware, dishes, utensils • Modern appliances. The Bathrooms include: • One en suite and one guest-accessible bathroom • Hair dryer, toiletries, and 3 towel sizes • Comfortable, modern fixtures. Extras: • Clothes drying rack, washer, iron & board • Pool towels for each guest • 24/7 self-check-in • Secured underground parking. We provide pool towels for your reservation. There is an additional fee in case of a lost towel. Don’t leave the terrace furniture uncovered as they will “fly away” and cause potenial accidents.

There are bike rental companies nearby, as well as taxis available.
