Perfect for enjoying a vacation or a leisure getaway in the city. This cozy and modern apartment is located in a prime area of Barceloneta, just a few steps from the beach. From its private balcony, you can enjoy wonderful sea views. Situated on the first floor of a residential building, the apartment offers all the comforts needed for a long and pleasant stay. Although the building doesn't have an elevator, the access is easy and there are only a few stairs to climb. Design and Comfort The apartment has been recently renovated and is fully furnished with high-quality furniture. Its layout and amenities make it ideal for a couple or a couple with a child under 2 years old. No additional guests are allowed. Bedroom: Upon entering, you'll find the sleeping area to the right, equipped with a comfortable double bed, large wardrobes, bedside tables, and plenty of natural light. The large flat-screen TV is strategically placed so you can watch it comfortably from the bed. Kitchen: Modern, spacious, and fully equipped, including a dishwasher and clothes dryer.
