Property information

Great Location Estepona is a premium 2 bedroom apartment. Its incredible location is within walking distance of many of Estepona's best attractions from the charming traditional old town, long pristine beaches and the newly redeveloped pedestrianisation of Estepona's Avenida de Espana opening the town to the sea. The apartment is decorated in good taste with a fully functional kitchen, sun lit dining and living room with flat screen TV offering many channels to stream. There are 2 large bedrooms comfortably accommodating up to four people, one with king size bed, and a further bedroom with two single's. Two bathrooms offer the choice of a bath our shower during your stay. Guests that choose to stay in this apartment enjoy the use of a communal seasonal pool as well as a terrace overlooking one of the famous parks of Estepona with their colourful blooms and large palms. Situated on the first floor, serviced by an elevator as well as a parking space for your convenience. The apartment is clean with fresh linen on the beds with all amenities for guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. Communal pool opening times June, July and August 12:00pm to 9pm. September 11am to 8pm

The apartment is located a short walk from the town where you will find a whole host of shops, bars and restaurants. Take a stroll through the town and enjoy a coffee and lots of Tapas. La Rada beach is also a short walk making this the perfect location.
