My name is William and my wife is called Nina.
The apartment we rent out has 3 bedrooms as well as a kitchen and living area and one bathroom.
Above the apartment is a huge terrace area with a very special view of the sea and of Moraira. The terrace area has a garden as well as an outside kitchen and 4 sun lounges and 2 bean bags to relax in.
As we are the owners of this property; we are sometimes using the upstairs villa part during school holidays and particular during the summer months ( July to end of August) and therefore we would share this very large terrace area as it includes the swimming pool. During the summer months my wife and myself work in the villa so we are not outside so much during the day but we also have 2 boys who are fluent German and English speakers aged 11 and 14.
We are a very relaxed, fun, friendly family who enjoy hosting guests and interacting with guests to ensure they have a lovely time spent at our property.
British/German family with lots of experience with hosting guests over the years.
We have been coming to Moraira for over 30 years so can provide lots of tips of what to do and restaurant recommendations.
We are located on the hill looking out over Moraira so you need a car as its about 5 mins drive from Moraira town. The area Benimeit is regarded as one of the most expensive locations to buy property in Moraira due to the unforgetable views and proximity to Moraira itself.
