Located in Costa Teguise, this modern and lovely flat is just 200 metres from Las Cucharas Beach and 600 metres from Jablillo Beach. It offers stunning views of both the pool and the sea, including a direct panoramic view of Las Cucharas Beach. It is also less than 1 km from the water park, providing nearby entertainment for the whole family.
The flat features a bedroom, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge and washing machine. The bathroom has a modern shower. Ideal for both telecommuting and leisure, the accommodation offers free wifi and is suitable for all types of travellers.
Located in a fairly quiet complex, for convenience, there is a supermarket just below the property and a bus stop just outside the complex, making public transport easy. Parking is also available and it is located close to a variety of restaurants and bars, perfect for enjoying the local cuisine and nightlife.
