With capacity for 4 people, it has two cosy double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is on the ground floor, and the second, en suite with the master bedroom, is on the upper floor. The ground floor also features a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV and access to a pleasant terrace, ideal for relaxing and dining al fresco. Perfect for holidays or work in the north of Fuerteventura, close to beaches such as El Castillo, Los Lagos or Marfolín, and surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants to enjoy the local gastronomy. El Cotillo is a small fishing village on the west coast of Fuerteventura. Despite its small size, it has a great value for both residents and visitors to the island: its seafaring flavour, its extensive unspoilt beaches on one side and the lagoons with crystal clear waters and white sand on the other, the taste of the sea served in a wide variety of restaurants and, above all, the sunset that nature gives us every day, make El Cotillo fascinate everyone who is lucky enough to visit it.
